AnMed Health wants to know if our patients or their
families have a concern about their care or safety. If you have a concern,
please talk with the Nurse Manager, Patient Advocate
or Patient Care Coordinator. He or she can assist you with getting in touch with your
doctor if you have a concern to discuss.
If you need additional assistance, please call our special patient hotline number:
(864) 512.1414. This number will connect you with a Patient Care
Coordinator who will be happy to assist you.
However, If you do not feel that your concern has been resolved through
working with AnMed Health, you may call the Joint Commission's Office
of Quality Monitoring. The Commission can be reached at 800.994.6610 or by
